Sichuan Liuhe Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangyou city of Sichuan province, which is an important special steel base of China. The company was merged from Sichuan Jiangyou Liuhe Turbine Materials Co., Ltd. through its integral transformation.The company was established in April 2004 with the registered capital of RMB57.2 million and it owns 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries including Beichuan Liuhe Turbine Materials Co., Ltd., Deyang Liuhe Energy Materials Co., Ltd. etc. as well as a few branches.
The company is the specialized producer of heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and superalloy forged bars and forgings for blades, rotors, stiffening rings, bolts, etc. for supercritical, ultra-supercritical and nuclear power turbine units. The products are widely accepted by large steam turbine plants such as Dongfang Electric Company, Shanghai Turbine Plant, Harbin Turbine Company Limited, etc. and their matching enterprises as well as many aerospace and military enterprises in China.
The company is equipped with 3MT &20MT non-vacuum induction furnaces, 1.5MT vacuum induction furnace, 25MT AOD, 20MT LF, 25MT VD, 7 ESR furnaces, 2000MT fast forging press, 750KG air hammer, 1.5MT electro-hydraulic hammer, 3MT electro-hydraulic hammer, 4MT electro-hydraulic hammer, , DMG five axis vertical machining center, four-axis CNC machines, plane millers, etc. as well as complete and advanced testing and inspection equipments including tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, stress-rupture tester, metallographic analyzer,fracture analyzer, hardness tester, spectrum analyzer, O & N analyzer, C & S analyzer, non-destructive flaw detector, etc.
